The Ingy Bingy wristband is a soft, adjustable band that goes around your baby's wrist, with a food-grade silicone piece that holds their pacifier securely in place. Babies instinctively bring their hands to their mouth from a young age — so once the pacifier lives on their wrist, they have a real shot at finding it and getting it back in on their own, instead of you digging through the crib, the car seat, or the couch cushions — or finding it right there on their pacifier clip and still having to do the work of getting it back into their mouth yourself.

This is the exact problem we built it for. Instead of the pacifier ending up on the floor, wedged in the car seat, or dangling right there on their pacifier clip — taunting them before they've figured out how to bring it to their mouth themselves — it stays in one place your baby already knows how to bring to their mouth: their own hand. It won't stop every drop, but it keeps the pacifier close and gives your baby a real chance to recover it themselves.

You can put it on from day one. Babies typically start bringing their hands to their mouth to self-soothe somewhere between 2 and 4 months old, and in our testing, some babies were able to purposefully find and use their pacifier this way as early as 3 months, with most landing around 4–5 months. Every baby is different — some pick it up right away, others take a little more time and practice, and that's completely normal.

A pacifier clip attaches to your baby's clothing with a long strap, so it keeps the pacifier from hitting the floor — but your baby still can't get it back into their mouth on their own until they're much older. Our wristband attaches directly to your baby's wrist instead, with no long dangling strap involved. That means your baby can rely on something they already know how to do — bringing their hand to their mouth — instead of tracking down a strap and figuring out how to guide it back, which usually takes a lot longer.

Look at where the holes sit on your baby's pacifier shield while it's in their mouth. Near the sides, by the cheeks? You want Pacific. Vertical, near the nose and chin? You want Sequoia. Getting the right one matters — the wrong style means the pacifier won't sit right in your baby's mouth.

Sequoia fits Itzy Ritzy, EcoPiggy, and every other Ryan & Rose style. If you're not sure, check where the openings (usually holes) sit on the pacifier shield (see above) and you'll know right away!

Safety was non-negotiable for us. The wristband is patent-pending, made with food-grade silicone and BPA-free fabric, and it was independently tested by a CPSC-accepted lab to meet children's product safety standards. We're proud to hold that certification.
